70 people attended a very successful Dying to Know Day on 8th August 2023 at the Sporties Club, Tuncurry.
We began our gathering with a shared morning tea, followed by enlightening presentations from our guest speakers on a range of topics including Assisted Dying, Palliative Care, Choices for End of end-of-life care, Legal Matters, Advanced Care Planning, Wills, Power of Attorney, enduring guardianship and information essential for Funeral Directors. The speakers graciously addressed questions from the engaged audience.
